RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At SAMMARA GIRLS, every product is carefully inspected and quality-checked before dispatch.
Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

🔒 NON-RETURNABLE POLICY

All products sold on SAMMARA GIRLS are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the limited cases mentioned below.

✅ ELIGIBLE RETURNS (WITHIN 3 DAYS ONLY)

A return request will be accepted only if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect, or

  • The product is damaged upon delivery, or

  • An incorrect item has been delivered

⏰ The return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

📹 MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions are strictly mandatory:

  • A 360-degree unboxing video is required

  • The video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and original tags must be intact

  • Any request without a clear, continuous unboxing video will be rejected

❌ NON-RETURNABLE CASES

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Size or fitting issues (we follow free-size / oversized fits)

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Requests raised after 3 days of delivery

💳 REFUNDS

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
